| Advertisement agencies are always looking for new means of communication. Just contact a local agency and tell them how many print-outs you do every year. We are sure that they will be interested and that you can negotiate a good price for this. Your printing costs will be degreased. |

| Announce your 24-hour race, promote your website or give your customers information about birthday parties or seminars. You can even preprint discount vouchers on the back, do a short survey or even put a colouring picture for the kids. |

| Preprint promotions for your sponsors or just integrate their logos. They will like this idea so much that you can charge even more for your sponsorship deals the next year. |
| EXTRA TIP: The front of the paper is also only used for 60-70%. You can easily find a spot that can be used for pre-printing. You can even pre-print a page-filling full-colour background. This looks very professional and saves you a lot of ink in your printer. |

| SMS-TIMING: Which activities do you have in your karting-center? |
| RR: Karting, bowling, lasergame, paintball, laser sniper and glow golf. The golf will be finished in November and the laser sniper is a brand new activity since this year. |

| SMS: What is the best marketing stunt you ever did? |
| RR: I don’t know if it’s a real stunt, but for almost 2 years I’m working with a payment system using points, that is integrated in the FAST-software. My customers can pre-load their member card with points. This ensures that there is no real money circulating in the centre itself. For the customers, it feels less like they are spending money. The more points they buy at a time, the bigger discount they get. This stimulates them to come back more often! |
| SMS: Anything new in your centre lately? |
| RR: As I’ve already told you, I have 2 new activities. But more importantly, since a little while, my customers can also do their bookings over the Internet and pay online. It’s even possible to pre-load their member card with points online. |
| SMS: In the newsletter we also talk about the commercial value of pre-printing the back of the print-out. Do you print something on the back? |
| RR: Normally I only print my sponsor’s logos, but in the past we used it from time to time to advertise one of our own events. They could fill out the form and then fax it back us to enjoy a special discount. This worked pretty well, but it’s needed to change strategy from time to time! |
