Trainees and SMS-Timing: a common advantage

From the very beginning of SMS-Timing, we have aimed a worldwide approach and we have wanted to spread our knowledge to society. Engaging trainees, from all over the world, is part of this philosophy. Up until today, SMS-Timing B&MI has worked with over 200 trainees.

We do not believe in taking without giving
|
| We have been working with trainees from Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Brazil, China and many more. They all look at our company from a different angle because of their own cultural background. This helps us to question our company and our methods. They all have a fresh view on our company, since they have never been with us before.
On top of that, thanks to our trainees, we can help you and all of our customers all over the world in their own language. This helps us to understand their needs better and to find fitting solutions.
We always try to give trainees an unforgettable experience at our company. This would be pointless without giving them the responsibility to lead their own projects. A trainee, no matter how long his internship period is (from 1 month to 6 months), has his own tasks he has to manage. Some examples: planning and organizing trade-shows and sales trips, managing our contact database, developing software features, etc. Whatever their background is, whatever studies they did, they all get their chance to grow at SMS-Timing, inside and out of their domain of knowledge.

| Our trainee policy resulted in the fact that 7 employees of the current SMS-Timing staff were trainees before they got hired. They grew with the company over the years and they brought us where we are now. And since they have adopted our corporate culture and our way of working from the beginning, they are up-to-speed and a part of the team very quickly.

Have you ever been on www.karting-gear.com? As a go-kart track owner/manager, you can buy and sell products related to karting, mostly second-hand but also brand-new:

You can use the service for free (buyers and sellers). All we will do is put you in contact with the other party (buying or selling), so we don't interfere with the deal.
Starting next spring, we will launch the new and improved Karting-Gear. It will have a higher usability, a better design and it'll be even more user-friendly than it is now.
