| At SMS-Timing, we believe that running a karting business (and/or other activities) can't be done without a database. Not taking into account the extreme exceptions (such as 100% touristic and 0% local zones), you have to be able to contact no matter what kind of customers. To go even further with your commercial strategy, I suggest the use of vouchers for both individuals and companies. |

Enterprises: important financial benefactors

I'm sure you are familiar with the 20-80 law: 20% of your customers account for 80% of your revenue. Even though in reality the number is closer to 70-30, a good amount of karting centers reach this level thanks to companies. You've now got the chance to integrate these companies and their interaction with you completely in your computer system.
Thanks to our dedicated service, it is possible to automate the management of your B2B clients and hereby also expand your B2C clients. A practical example: you sell 5000 vouchers, including a package of 3 races, to the "Printing Press Ltd" company. The person responsible resells these at a very low price to their employees. These will then come to your karting to use their sessions. It is there that you will register them, by their particular name, into your database! Like this, thanks to the vouchers on which you will already make a large turnover, your clientele will grow.

| In addition to reaching individuals indirectly (see above), you can sell your vouchers and coupons to categories of customers: birthdays, bachelor parties, Christmas gifts, etc. Every type of voucher will be configured to a certain category, for instance: vouchers n° 5001 to 6000 are birthday vouchers, n° 6001 to 6500 for Christmas,…

Every voucher is printed with a barcode, which prevents any attempt at fraud and allows the link to your computer system.
Two options are available:
- We set up some types of vouchers in your system. You will be able to sell them from your Point of Sale.
- You use the Office software (which also manages your offers and invoices, linked to your database) and you will be able to have the most accurate tracking of your voucher and gift coupon campaigns:
- which vouchers are sold to which company
- how many are returned
- how much will expire and when
- how many birthday vouchers are returned
- what is the revenue generated by each category of vouchers
As you understood, you can go pretty far with vouchers. You can also count of our whole team to assist you in the different steps of the process: Support for the vouchers configuration, Design for the appearance of each voucher group and Marketing for your commercial strategy (setup of the voucher categories, emailing campaigns to stimulate inactive voucher owners, etc.
