With computers, anything can happen at any time. That’s why we offer a full 24/7 support service to our customers. Whether it’s a Sunday afternoon or a Friday night, in Europe or in Asia, our customers can reach us directly by phone. There will always be a technician to pick up the phone.
Most of the time, customers call for non-software related problems. Because we also are computer specialists, we solve most of the hardware problems that they face such as computer blocked, printer problem or viruses. Small or non-urgent questions can be asked by email or phone during office hours. We also have a FAQ on our website with the most common questions our customers ask us.
Thanks to the internet, we can show them live on their screen what we do for them and explain them in the meanwhile over the phone.
